Below is the present comittee of the Society. Though senior comittee positions such as Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer are elected directly by members at our AGM, other roles can be co-opted based upon a persons experience in certain fields or keenness to undertake a particular role. Site Representatives are elected by the plotholders on their respective sites.

The comittee meets most months on the first Monday of the month at the RAOB / Ye Olde Roundham Club, in New Street Paignton. If you feel you will be able to assist in the management of the sites and undertake a role on the comittee, you will be made most welcome.

• Hon. President — Mr. Colin “Pops” Stephenson
  
  ‘Pops’ is the Honorary President of the Society. .
• Chairman — Mr. Joe Wallis

  The secretary is primarily involved in handling the correspondence with both members and external bodies such as the council. .
• Vice Chairman — Mrs. May Burgess
  
  May, “The Bat’ is our wildlife officer. At the moment that mainly covers the supply and mounting of bird boxes in the allotments, although in the long term we are planning much more including video downloads and online cameras. When we get enough spare money, Hey Steve you get that.
• Treasurer — Mrs Jane Parker

• Minutes Secretary & Asst. Secretary — Mrs. Suzanne Fry
