Paignton Home Garden and Allotment Society Annual General Meeting will be held on October 3.
The meeting will be held from 7.30pm in the RAOB club in New Street, Paignton.
The society will elect a new board including chairman, vice-chairman, secretary and treasurer.
All current officers, except for the secretary, will be standing for re-election.
All members are welcome to stand for election to any of the posts.
The meeting will also discuss vital matters for the future of the society, including contract terms, rents and the constitution.
All are welcome to attend and all members will be able to vote on matters raised.
Anyone wishing to stand for a post can make their intentions know by filling in a form on the noticeboards at any of the three allotment sites.
