Small sheds for sale

Just to let you know that there are 2 small sheds for sale, both on the Derrell Road site and the buyer will need to dismantle them.

One is on plot 21: the bottom of the 2 standalone plots on the right (separated from the main site). You can see it from the gate. It has been reduced to £30.
The second is a new shed on plot 1.

If anyone is interested, please use the contact us page and we can put you in touch with the plotholder who can discuss with you what she wants for it.

Noise Complaint

There has been a complaint from a resident near the Derrell Road site about machinery being used on the site at "stupid o'clock".

Please can all plotholders be aware of our neighbours and not use any motorised machinery (strimmers etc.) on any site before 8am.

Tenancy Agreements for 2016/2017

Just a reminder to everyone that tenancy agreements have been sent out to all plotholders; by email if you have given us an email address or otherwise by post if you have not.

Please sign and return these ASAP to ensure you keep your plot for the coming year.

If you have not yet received a copy or you wish to give up your plot, please contact the Secretary using the Contact Us link at the top of this page.

Bonfires!

Several plotholders have enquired when they are allowed to have bonfires on their plots. Please see the below poster for permitted times for lighting bonfires. Please be respectful of these times, as many plots have nearby houses who do not want to be smoked out during the day. Also please be considerate of fellow nearby plotholders who may not appreciate going home smelling of your bonfire!

Donations requested

The Secretary has received an email from two plotholders on the Oakleigh site asking for donations from fellow plotholders.
They have been part of a group of volunteers who have helped White Rock Primary School clear their garden for planting and are now appealing for any donations of plants and/or seeds to go into this garden.
If anyone has any spare plants or seeds that they don't want or would like to donate to a good cause, could they please click here and leave a message for Tracey, or see your email from Flis for her direct mobile number.
She will arrange for any donations to be collected.
