A few important points to go along with the latest minutes:
A plotholder on the Oakleigh site has reported that he has chased some children off the site who had come in through the unlocked gate. He has notified the police.
It may be a good idea to keep the gate locked at all times, as on the Derrell Road site. Please make sure you have your gate key with you or you may not be able to get in...!
Chicken pellets are due to be delivered to Oakleigh this Saturday 18th May.
All rents were due on 31st March. The tenancy agreement/constitution provides that if they remain unpaid after 40 days, the society can terminate the agreement. Please can everyone make sure they have paid ASAP and in any event, before the week commencing 11th May 2015.
