Trees at the Lower Penns Road allotment site have been inspected and declared safe by Torbay Council.
Fears over the state of trees on the site were raised after recent storms saw parts of some of the tress collapsing.
The trees will be inspected annually to ensure safety.
Two large branches had to be removed from trees at teh far end of the plot following further damage in recent high winds.
